     Title Bar Clock is a JavaScript that can implement a clock display on the title bar of windows if your browser is either IE4 or up and also in Neoplanet, but definitely not in Netscape. The time is displayed in the 12 hour am/pm format in hours, minutes and seconds. The important feature is that even when you change the document, the time display keeps working.
