     Viewz Journal is a multi-user online journal system that allows users to publish articles or keep their daily stuff on the net. It allows you to add and format text, insert images and tables, build lists, and carry on editing without even seeing the underlying HTML code.

7).   Online Page Master This is a content manager script which will help you create web sites with templates; modify its content with WYSIWYG Editor; is a end-user type of application and is easy to use.
