     This JavaScript tool provides two stopwatch functions, which can work together at once or separately. The Count up function in this script counts up to the time specified by the user and displays a message “stopwatch stopped”. The countdown function counts down the mentioned time up to 0 and displays the message “stopwatch stopped”. In each case, the script provides a text box to enter the time. This is a very small and simple script and is free for download.
