     Helpdesk is a web based helpdesk system that uses SQL database back end. Though, it has been designed for an IT department; it is flexible enough to be used any place requiring a helpdesk system. Some of its salient features are create a job from an email sent to a helpdesk account, automatically filling in summary, detail and user fields and optional guest account for viewing and searching jobs.
