     MP3 riot is an easy to use script that can generate MP3 playlists and HTML files. This script searches through the specified directories for MP3 files and builds the playlist. It can even build databases with the list of music files, and even supports SQL outputs. It supports changing the file format from MP3 using the id3tag information.
