     SMSWriter can be used to write multiple flash and report messages and also editing of phone directory. This is the first SMS/Phonebook software that supports the entire 7 bit GSM alphabet comprising the Greek letters. SMSWriter is written purely in Java based on the Java Communication API. This needs a minimum of Java 2 Standard Edition (JDK or JRE) version 1.2 to function efficiently. SMSWriter has been found to run successfully on Windows ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP and Linux.
