     dbForm is a simple PHP based program which avoid the users often to create new database form which contains with the same information by the class at a table and give it a template file. The abilities of this script are, it connects to any database through ADODB, ability to add and remove fields, you can create your own functions to process such as insert, update and delete, Template class can be used by itself, it stores the dbForm class between page requests to minimise the time of processing.
