     Dynamic clock is a JavaScript, which can incorporate a date and time display in which the time is displayed second by second in the am/pm (12 hour) format. The Dynamic HTML enables the clock display to be displayed as a natural text instead of a text box. But if you are not a CSS or JavaScript programmer then you cannot change the color and other attributes of the text.
