     User.pm is a Perl module that allows developers to add a user management system to their applications and integrate a user oriented environment into their applications. This speeds up development on new software, offers object oriented interface that is easy to use and extremely flexible. It supports use of UNIX DBMs.

5).   WWW::Poll This is a Perl module to build and run web polls with built-in administrative capabilities. It requires you to create a world-writable (or server-writable) directory called "data" with a few files to seed the poll.
6).   CGIScripter This is a perl based software that writes Perl CGI scripts. The script generated by this program can query, insert, update and delete all data types. The generated script also supports image processing via a web based interface.
7).   cgi_buffer This is a group of scripts that can be used to handle performance improving HTTP features automatically. The script include ETag generation and validation and much more.
