     ConsultTicker Horizontal Text Scroller can fit into a specified area and scroll text horizontally. It does not support linking the text to URL. It implements a professional quality smooth scrolling. You can create a text file with the text to be displayed and allow the applet to read it by specifying the name of the text file in the parameter.
