     Neon lights text is a JavaScript that has be programmed to work only with the Internet Explorer 4 or above. This script when implemented can produce neon like highlight effect on your text messages. You can display any custom messages and configure other parameters like neon base color, neon text color and the flash speed, which can be specified in milliseconds. The messages can be positioned anywhere on the web page.
