     Functional.pm is a Perl module that adds features which make Perl slightly more functional. It adds functions such as 'foldr' and ‘foldl’. The package is well bundled, packaged, and documented. It doesn't have currying or infinite lists.

5).   WWW::Poll This is a Perl module to build and run web polls with built-in administrative capabilities. It requires you to create a world-writable (or server-writable) directory called "data" with a few files to seed the poll.
6).   CGIScripter This is a perl based software that writes Perl CGI scripts. The script generated by this program can query, insert, update and delete all data types. The generated script also supports image processing via a web based interface.
7).   cgi_buffer This is a group of scripts that can be used to handle performance improving HTTP features automatically. The script include ETag generation and validation and much more.
