     TCLink is an LGPL'd thin client API which can run credit card transactions over TCP/IP. With TCLink you can run credit card transactions directly over the Internet. It has features such as a simple, cross-platform protocol, encryption via SSL and trusted server certificate authentication, fast transactions times (average about 1.2 seconds end-to-end), fail-over to geographically distributed servers for extreme reliability and is available for numerous platforms and languages.
