     This program allows you to have a link exchange managing system on your websites. It will manage the link exchange according to the traffic sharing ie- it manages traffic, which means if any one stops sending enough traffic to you it will automatically stop your link to them and if any one removes their link from your site it will do the same to them. It can use either MySQL database or plain text file database and it allows you to publish links on any place on your website. It comes with the ability to detect potential cheaters and reports to you and you can display a categorized link on your website by using this program. It has several enhanced features for the webmasters to let them manage link exchange effectively.
