     Sarep is a command-line tool for search and replace operations. Features supported by it are case sensitivity, multiple file search and replace options, wildcards, writing out to a new file rather than overwriting the modified file, reading search or replace string from a file, proper handling of metacharacters, and silent/verbose modes. You can make changes to the script very easily, as per requirement because there is enough documentation provided for helping the user.
