     This is a wonderful application tool that helps in creating static web pages for displaying digital JPEG pictures. It does not require any DBMS or server side scripting. You have to arrange the images in separate folders and then run WebHelper, which will create unified pages for each set of pictures. This application automatically resizes the images and gives caption to each image.
