     Ace Perl Template Creator is a short code that enables creation of easily modifiable html templates that can be used in perl cgis. Templates are the answer for people who do not know how to program in perl and still want to customize the output of their cgis. These templates have special markups that indicate where to insert the dynamic data that will be produced by the CGI program.

7).   Online Page Master This is a content manager script which will help you create web sites with templates; modify its content with WYSIWYG Editor; is a end-user type of application and is easy to use.
