     htmltmpl is a simple script based on php and is a content management system. It is used to create templates for HTML. Users need not have any progamming knowledge to use this program. It is also a template engine which separates design and program code. It is available in two versions which are Python and PHP. Control statements look like HTML tags. It has a gettext support for creation of multilingual web applications.
