     The Ep Dev Whois is a PHP based script which returns whois information on any domains. It can also be used to check the availability of certain names in a particular domain. It even includes prices that can be set, additional searches on alternative domains, and much more. With this script, any TLD can be added in the config.php as long as it has a whois server.
