     This perl script can be used to maintain copies of a mysql database at a remote place and in step with a central master copy. This is achieved by running a special process that would tail the mysqld logs. It then uses these logs to ascertain if the log is related to the database, table or operation that has to be maintained in synchronization,. If it finds that the operation is related, the scripts connects with the remote host and updates the database.

6).   Reunion Address DataBase This CGI Script that has been written in Perl assists in managing an address database. The database could be password protected and allows users to view and add content. It is easily configurable.
7).   PerlMyAdmin PerlMyAdmin is a web based mysql administration tool written in perl. All common tasks such as creating tables managing columns and keys are supported.
