     This is an ASP chat application available in two versions. One is Basic Chat with standard chating features and the other is Pro Chat having advanced features than basic chat. The basic chat version features include Active User listing, Advertisement banner (Possible to use Microsoft's Banner Rotator Component), Emotion selection symbols, Writes nothing to the server, store all users and conversations in arrays. ProChat is having all the features of basic chat version plus Stores conversations in .txt files to preserve conversation threads in case of server shutdown and provides Profanity Restrictions, Private Messaging (Send a private message. Only the recipient sees it. Notification via a 'pop-up' window and sound) User Profiling Multiple Chat Rooms, Choose from several 'personality' icon.
