     BillowVote Pro is an enhanced way to access the rating script on perl designed websites dynamically. Admin interface supports registration on user accounts and allows them to rate on the poll with their name and optional comments. Voting sytem can have all the possible aspects of a voting module on itself that is poll question, answer choices, vote result with sorted bar image and the input field for user name and comments. Detailed result can be displayed with seperate page with user name and comments and with graphical results. Supports 3d bar and pie images. IP and cookies helps to receive a single vote from an user.
