     Geozip is a Perl program that allows calculating the distance between two zip codes in the United States. In addition, this can also be utilized to calculate distance between any latitude and longitude coordinates. The entire package includes data for the US, the script and two sub-routines. The sub-routines are meant to get the coordinates and city name as well as the distance between two points. The program gives an accuracy of 50 meters and considers that the earth is not a perfect sphere.
