     Nice MouseOver effect is a JavaScript to implement a mouse effect; for example to light up a table when the user moves the mouse over the table or when he or she clicks on it. The background color, table width, height, alignment, cell spacing, border etc. are customizable. The mouse effect is displayed through a setPointer function, which can be called upon anywhere you want within your webpage.
