     barp-lite is an easy to install and use banner ad rotation program. barp-lite uses perl scripts and SSI to display random banner adds on your web pages. The logging of banner views and click-through is formatted as a 'Common Logfile Format', so the log files can be run through any web server log analysis program (such as Webalizer, FunnelWeb etc). The script also writes to 2 log files - one for ad click-through, and one for ad impressions. All the banner ads are stored in simple text-based configuration files. barp-lite is ideal for people who are new to Perl and for those who do not have access to a database.
