     RatingsHandler, a photo rating system with perl driven features has an interactive admin panel for easier management. Users can register and rate the items on your site. Customizing the background colors, text fonts, size can be determined by secured user admin. Users can upload their own images and photos with URL links and when the link misses the item or become inactive it can be informed to the user with mail options. Profiles can be included to handle the users information where mail id can be set enabled or disabled. Predefined image size can be determined.
