     The CGI-Telnet is an useful script written using Perl that can be used to execute commands on your web server quickly. The main features of this script include file transferring function through which you can upload and download files from your server, automatically times out all commands after a specified time, produces output for ping, traceroute, etc in real time and contains a password protected log in system.
