     This program allows webmasters to build tool bar interfaces for navigation purpose. Webmasters can facilitate their web pages with enhanced tool bars with drop down capabilities and can have the facilities to place the tool bars in scalable position or fixed position which may be either at bottom or top. This program allows webmasters to customize the buttons with images or text at their own choice. This javascript based utility uses HTML code to the pre-existing files to manage them by adding new styles or modifying the styles.
