     NetPaper is a set of perl script that defines the easier way to update the news without any hassle. News stories on same topic can be got in large number from multiple users through password protected admin page. Uploading individual files for each story is supported which requires no FTP. Different music can be included for each news story. Characteristics of news story are fully customizable. SSI can be included for updating news. Multiple online demonstration are available.
