     SWF Editor is a tool that helped the author or the creator of this tool to revive some of his vector art and jpeg images by importing them in flash from the swf files. When he lost the fla for his movies when his hard disk crashed, all he did was to get his swf files from the sites and then made this tool to remove the password protection from those swf files, so atleast he was able to get back some of the vector art and jpeg images by importing it in flash. Also, you can adjust the frame rate.
