     WebAPP is built on perl script that determines the perl function to generate and manage web portals online. Using this module, one can include forums, messaging board, mailing tools for online collaboration etc., Statistics about particular topics or entire website can be got from polls and voting tools. Online counter is availble to show total number of members, users and visitors. Links for same URLs can be shown unlimitedly on a single page. Download links can be included. News can be displayed for multiple topics. Top 10 lists can be included for multiple categories.
