Raise Motives
Enable the"Cheat Gnome" code. Pause the game and quickly press L2,R1,Left,0 and up. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a Sim voice say something. Select the "Cheat gnome" then chose "Fix Motives" option to raise your motives. To disable this code press Up,0,Left,R1,L2.

Cheatmenu
Pause the game while in Bust Out or Free Mode and enter the following directions on the D-Pad and/or buttons.

When you are at studio 8 Get your person to fall in love with one of the people you live with. Then click on your car and and go to move out. When your person is next to car pause the game and go into the buy section and put in R3 (3) L3 (3) X (2)
O triangle Square. Then unpause the game and the person you have fell in love with will come in the car with you.

Have a brillant house
At frist just buy some stuff that you want and have enough money for.then move out and they will give the money for upgrading the house .then move back in they will still have the item that you brought and the money that you had before note:i have already submited this cheat but this one you can understand better note :when you move out buy some thing for the house that you moved in to then when you go there they will have something to do there note:if you don't buy anything when you move out then you have to pay them.

How to get a girl friend
In bustin out mode go talk to the girl you want keep talking and tthen it will come to flrit click on it then if she likes you she or he will flirt back when talkor dance or flirt again then it's will come to kiss if she or he likes you a lot then they will kiss note:you can do this in free play and is better in freeplay because you can have a baby and boys can kiss boys and girls can kiss girls

infinite money
During the game press start then go onto buy mode.Then press R3x5, L3x5, SELECT then press START.Then your money should say 99,999 but really you have infinite money. This cheat is great and it really works!!!

When your in your house buy things that you want that you want if you have enough then move out then they will give you the money back move back in then buy more things that you want and you want more of then just keep moving out

Easy Stats
At the start of the game when you awake from the daydreaming, you will be living with Mum. As you will notice, a list of goals need to be completed. Finish every goal excluding "Get A Job". Sell the Grandfather Clock and any other expensive antiques. Buy Skill Building items like the Treadmill and the Grand Piano. Study Cooking and Mechanics (these are essential when it comes to filling your hunger and repairing important items) . You will notice as Sims days pass, that your energy and social bars do not drop, making studying easier only to have an occasional meal, a visit to the loo and to watch a film on sitting on a comforting sofa!

Never work:
In Bustin' Out mode, the people who you live with (who you can control) cannot get fired. If you want them to stay home, just let them. This can be very useful if you need them to clean up, or need them to do some other things.

Dead plants:
When a plant is dead, do not throw it away. You can sell the dead plant for as much as a new plant costs.

Raise motives:
To help raise motives in later levels, move back to Mom's house. The Artificial Love will make raising motives easier.

Skipping work:
In Bustin' Out mode, you can skip work by moving back into Mom's house. While you live with Mom, the bus will not arrive, and you do not have to work. This is useful if things are not going so well and you need some time to "restore" your Sim.

In Bustin' Out mode, you can skip work by changing jobs before the bus arrives. Later, you can just change back to your old job. This is useful if you are about to get fired. Note: You will only get fired if you skip work two or three times in a row.

Hint: Get a bigger room
When at Dudley's trailer, go to the master bedroom. Then, sell the door that leads to the smaller room so that there is just a wall. Next, make a door at the top right corner so that there is a place you could walk into the smaller room. Then, decorate both rooms' wallpaper and carpet to be the same and you will have a bigger room.

Hint: Fishin' For Profit book
To get the Fishin' For Profit book go to Nikki Nack's store (open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). After you buy it, find O'Phil Mclean. Give it to him and he will give you a job. Note: You must get the goals from him first. To do this, talk to Salty. Later in the game, you will be offered by Nikki Nack to buy the Waterfront Villa for 3,000 Simoleons

Hint: Throw an art opening
When you move to Studio 8, one of the goals is to throw an art opening. In order for the art opening to be successful, you have to purchase a Sculpting Block and sculpt it first. Then, have the party and it will be successful. However, before you can purchase the Sculpting Block, you must complete the goal that will give you access to it.

Hint: Easy money
When you go to a house and do not have much money, trade in all the wallpaper and buy the cheap version. You can get a good amount of money. You can do the same thing with the tile
When you move into a house, sell all the wallpaper and tiles. Then, change the tiles to grass and the wallpaper to nothing.
