In Broken Helix, pause the game at any time by pushing start, then pushing triangle. You should then get an in-game options menu, move down to the "Help text on/off" option in this menu but do not press the X button (this will only change the help text to off). When you have this option selected hold down L1 and R2. While holding these buttons down, press triangle and X simultaniously to get energy cells, armor, and many other helpful items. (a trick to doing this fast is to hold down the Triangle button while repeatedly pushing X very fast). Remember you should be holding down L1 and R2 while doing this. You should hear an elevator beeping sound effect if this works. Every time you press X and triangle at the same time, you get one new item. For more health, press L1 and R2 and hold them down just like you did before. While holding them down, press circle and X at the same time repaetedly for the great items! This will give you medakits, and red 150 armor.
