Easier shots
Go to settings menu, then scope setting/size.
Bonus Options
Successfully complete the individual Silent Scope games to unlock bonus options
for each, such as "Additional Health" and other various effects.
Continuous mission mode
Successfully complete all EX missions to unlock continuous mission mode. You will only have one life to play all the missions.
Professional mode
Successfully complete all EX missions to unlock professional mode. There will be no crosshairs displayed.
Alternate ending sequence
Successfully complete the game in continuous mission mode.
